A premium and flavoursome variety of rajma cultivated exclusively in a small cluster of villages in the Harsil Valley at altitudes above 9000 feet. The town of Harsil, also known as the ‘mini-Switzerland of India’, is situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi river.
This variety of Rajma is naturally cultivated in a chemical-free environment.
Its large-sized, light-brown coloured beans are quick to cook, and have an aroma and delectable taste that satiates the senses. It constitutes high fibre and protein content. Its also known to possess cholesterol lowering fibres.
